It’s been awhile since I updated my workout routine. I was pretty thrilled when I decided to train to hike Mount Everest, but with everything that’s going on right now in Nepal my team and I are waiting to decide if we will still go in October. We were so close to going this past April since that was the other window of good climate there.
I still cook and eat pretty healthy at home, it’s when I’m out with friends that gets out of control lol. I’ve been following Arnold’s Blueprint which I think he only wants to make my shoulders huge because that’s a lot of shoulders workout! I’ve been lifting more than cardio, summer is coming up so I should try to do more cardio. But wait, it’s never really summer here in the Bay. I’m always cold! Well, just in case I accidentally end up at any beach or pool I shouldn’t scare people lol.
