Hola Mexico

Posted on: Tuesday, January 31, 2017

Happy 2017!  I finally made it to Mexico last November!  I really loved the people and the food, but I already knew that.  I’m hoping to explore other parts of Mexico in the coming days.  Minus the mosquitoes, I really loved staying at Hacienda el Carmen.  Their service and spa is amazing!  Here are a few photos from the town of El Carmen, Jalisco and from the great Jose Villa workshop.

This place was so unique, I haven’t seen anywhere else like it.  The people are warm and welcoming without a doubt.

Closest airport to fly into:  Denizli, from there you take shuttle that drops you off to a van that takes you to the city center of Pamukkale

Best time to go: June- Sept, the water flows differently everyday, sometimes some pools would be filled with water and other days it would not.

Hotel I stayed in: Richmond Pamukkale, a little further from the city center but they have public shuttles for transportation.
